We are pleased to announce the Summer School “Learning Scientific Process: from problem definition to paper publication” under the topic “Plant diversity in riparian ecosystems from reference condition to degraded drivers”. This course is organized in the frame of a partnership between the Institut of Botany of the Jagiellonian University (Poland), and the School of Agriculture of the University of Lisbon, being coordinated by Dr Remigiusz Pielech and by the CEF researcher Dra Patricia María Rodríguez-González, respectively. Master and PhD students from the schools and faculties of the University of Lisbon are welcome in the frame of the bilateral project among the two institutions, funded by NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange). The 2025 course will be focused on riparian forest ecology and degradation. For more details, please see the attached announcement. It is possible to obtain full or partial funding but the number of places is limited. We will provide more details and a link to registration in March 2025.
