Na linha das edições anteriores, a 5ª Conferência da Tapada é dedicada à discussão de temas de ponta da Viticultura e Enologia modernas, onde os chamados “Cool Climate Wines” aparecem como uma das mais significativas tendências a nível mundial.
The International conference that closed CEF 40 years’ celebrations looked at the research framework and the challenges ahead for forests and forest products, as well as at the use of research results by the stakeholders: industry, producers and government. A strong voice was given to the new generation of scientists.
The conference was held on January 26-27, 2017, at the School of Agriculture of the University of Lisbon (ISA/UL).
No seguimento de edições anteriores, a 4ª Conferência da Tapada é dedicada à discussão de temas essenciais da Viticultura e Enologia modernas, promovendo um vivo debate entre as comunidades técnica e científica. Desta interacção espera-se que seja transmitido conhecimento científico às empresas do sector, que permita ajudar a torná-las mais competitivas, e deseja-se que o sector produtivo comunique aos investigadores os temas e os problemas que é importante investigar.
