Lectures will be provided by professors from the University of Padova and the University of Sydney, as well as by FAO and Italian Anti-Adulteration and Health Unit experts.
The Winter School program focuses on the most relevant aspects of food quality and human nutrition, in order to understand how they are related and how they affect human health, through dietary habits. The focus is on the interaction between food, nutrition, and human health, in order to bridge the gap between different disciplines.
