 Scholarship Opportunities for Master’s Degree Programs at The Cyprus Institute

 

The Cyprus Institute is pleased to announce that applications are still open for its Master’s degree programs for Fall 2020 admission. The Institute will offer various financial aid opportunities, including merit-based scholarships for the 2020-2021 academic year in the following programs:

Digital Cultural Heritage, MSc

Environmental Sciences, MSc/MPhil

Simulation and Data Science, MSc 

 

The Cyprus Institute Graduate School maintains a small number of students that are fully integrated into the research activities of the institute. This provides the students with the opportunity to acquire hands-on training in the use of the latest methods and techniques, have access to state-of-the-art infrastructure and conduct research with internationally recognized research teams.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA 

Scholarships towards tuition fees are offered based on academic excellence, qualifications and interest in the respective program of study. The Institute is also offering additional financial aid opportunities towards students’ living expenses. 

 

APPLICATIONS 

Holders of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field are eligible to apply. Undergraduate applicants who are expected to obtain a university degree before the start of the graduate program may also apply. The language of instruction of the programs is English, and interested applicants must provide proof of good command of the English language. APPLICATION DEADLINE 

The regular application deadline is April 15, 2020 (for all students) and late application deadline is July 15, 2020 (for students from European Union countries). Please refer to our website www.cyi.ac.cy for important information pertaining to each application deadline. 

 

The programs are accredited by The Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (CYQAA) and comply with the Bologna Process Second Cycle Degree Guidelines.
