ITALIAN FOOD AND WINE: quality, production, techniques, marketing and added value

ACTIVITIES:
- from Monday to Friday over 3 weeks.
- 60 hours (lectures, activities) + workshops, seminars, sensory analysis.
- 8 field trips in addition to regular courses
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Viticulture & Enology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Human nutrition, Biology
NUMBERS:
- max 25 students will be accepted
