Erasmus Students should arrive to ISA before the classes start, to get to know the school and deal with some administrative procedures.

The Welcome Day for all the incoming mobility students of the 1st semester will be held on September 06^th 2024.

Regarding the academic calendar for 2024/2025, please note that the classes start on the folowing dates:

• 1st semester:

• 09/09/2024 (for all the years/degree courses);
• 07/10/2024 (for 2nd Year of VINIFERA and of the Master in Viticulture and Oenology);

• 2nd semester:

• 17/02/2025 (for all the courses/years);

Regarding the exams, each semester has its own exams period, that takes place in the following weeks:

• 1st semester:

• 28/10/2024 to 31/10/2024 (trimester subjects);
• 06/01/2025 to 31/01/2025 (semester subjects);
• 02/01/2025 to 05/01/2025 and 03/02/2025 to 09/02/2025 (only for MEDFOR exams);

• 2nd semester:

• 07/04/2025 to 11/04/2025 (trimester subjects);
• 16/06/2025 to 11/07/2025 (semester subjects);

Academic brakes/holidays:

• Christmas: 23/12/2024 to 03/01/2025
• Carnival: 03/03/2025 to 05/03/2025
• Easter: 14/04/2025 to 18/04/2025
