European Short-course on Quality & Safety of Fresh-cut Produce
The head of the Freshness Lab, Prof. Domingos Almeida, is one of the instructors of the 8th European Short-course on Quality & Safety of Fresh-cut Produce. Domingos Almeida will bring to his lectures his research experience on fresh-cut fruit as well as the mnagerial experience as a promotor of a fresh-cut processing company, 80g, S.A., and board member from 2005 to 2008.
This 3-day course for professionals of the fresh-cut industry will be held in Rimini, Italy, on September 14-16, 2016. In addition to Dr. Almeida the course will have instructors from Italy, Spain, USA, Denmark, and Israel.
