The School of Agriculture (ISA), University of Lisbon, opens a call for applications for the award of one (1) Doctoral Scholarship, within the framework of the project “Mangrove, mangrove rice and mangrove people: sustainably improving rice production, ecosystems and livelihoods“ funded by the European Commission through the DeSIRA Program [as defined in the contract of the project refª FOOD/2019/412-700, DeSIRA_GB], under the following conditions:

Eligibility criteria:

• MSc degree in Social Sciences (Anthropology, Ethnology, Human Geography, Political Ecology) with a background or a training in biology/ ecology or MSc degree in Natural Sciences (Ecology, Biology, Agronomy, Environmental Engineering) with a background or a training in social sciences
• Fieldwork experience
