Due to legal and social requirements (RJIES, Bologna, A3ES, etc.), all organizations of the public administration, in general, and of higher education institutions, in particular, should implement a quality management system, in order to improve continuously, focusing on providing a quality service to their "customers", and which is periodically subjected to internal and external audits.

In this context, in addition to the regular educational surveys and the accreditation process of the courses by A3ES, the ISA Management Board is committed to implementing an internal system of quality assurance, which encompassing management, services, education, research and infrastructures.

The services quality assessments are made by inquiry, and also by a complaints / suggestions system, either on paper (Suggestion Box available at the Main Building lobby) or online, available here:
