Studying Abroad
Erasmus+
The new Erasmus+ programme combines all the EU's current schemes for education, training, youth and sport, including the Lifelong Learning Programme (Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius, Grundtvig), Youth in Action and five international cooperation programmes (Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Alfa, Edulink and the programme for cooperation with industrialised countries). This will make it easier for applicants to understand the opportunities available, while other simplifications will also facilitate access.
Athens Programme
The ATHENS network was established in 1986 and currently comprises 15 European universities of science and technology. The main aim of the network is to promote the exchange of students, teachers and researchers between leading European universities of science and technology.
The ATHENS network organizes a programme of intensive courses in two sessions per academic year. The first session takes place in March and the second session in November. The courses have a scientific character structured into 30 teaching hours. There is also a cultural program of 10 to 15 hours called "European Dimension".
At the end of each ATHENS session, the home institution officially recognizes the corresponding credit of the performed work, according to the results of the evaluation organized by the host institution.
