"Climate change in Portugal / Carbon sequestration / Cork oak + Stone pine" are the themes of the next edition of Coffee with Science that will take place on November 9, at 2p.m., in CEF’s hall.

Professor Margarida Tomé, researcher of the Forest Research Center, was recently recognized with the IUFRO “Distinguished Service Award” in the IUFRO Congress that took place in Freiburg, Germany from the 18th to the 22th of September.
At the Council of Ministers meeting of 14 September, the Government appointed Professor Helena Pereira, Professor of School of Agriculture and CEF Coordinator to the post of Vice-President of the Board of Foundation for Science and Technology.
