The final Conference of the Erasmus+ Project LANDCARE: LandCare for the future, will be held in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, 16-18 July 2018. Note that abstracts deadline is 31 May.

The overall objective of LandCare for the Future is to improve educational and training capacities in relation to Ecological Restoration. This is necessary to preserve our environment and also to fulfil the demands of an emerging labour market and create novel job opportunities. LANDCARE FOR THE FUTURE intends to be a meeting point for educators and students. It will include short-courses on restoration of degraded ecosystems,  innovative technologies and tools in education and good practices to improve employability and entrepreneurship skills

This conference will take place in the context of Erasmus+ Project LANDCARE: Land Degradation and Rehabilitation in Mediterranean Environments. The organization includes the CEF researchers Teresa Ferreira (Coordinator of Portuguese partner) and Patricia Rodriguez Gonzalez.
