Luísa Nunes, researcher at CEABN and professor of Entomology and Ecology at the School of Agronomy of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, has recently published “Notas de Campo in Beira Baixa”, a book that gathers texts, illustrations and photographs on the habitats and species of Beira Baixa region, collected during months of fieldwork, particularly in the Tagus International.

The book, edited in Portuguese and English, has a preface by Prof. Francisco Rego of Instituto Superior de Agronomia and may soon be purchased in bookstores.
