POME FRUIT POSTHARVEST INSTITUTE & ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ROCHA PEAR POSTHARVEST UNIT
The Pome Fruit Postharvest Institute is an advanced technical meeting organized by Freshness Lab for professionals who value knowledge to promote quality and reduce losses in Portuguese apples and pears.
The Institute values are: independence, openness, specialization, orientation for results and international benchmarking.
This edition is held together with the Annual Meeting of the Rocha Pear Postharvest Unit and is dedicated to:
