Postharvest Institute: Freshness Lab Training for Professionals
The Postharvest Institute is an advanced technical meeting for professionals who value knowledge to improve the quality and reduce losses of fruits and vegetables. Each session organized by the Freshness Lab addresses specific issues related to the fruit and vegetable supply chains and is focused on organizational performance.
The Postharvest Institute is oriented by the following values: independence, up-to-date, openness, technical skill, specialization, orientation for results and international scope.

Targeted at professionals working in the apple and pear supply chains.

Stone Fruit Postharvest Institute
For professionals in the stone fruit supply chain: peach and nectarine, plum, cherry, and apricot.
2016: «Stone fruit: product and process engineering». 14 January 2016. Organized at the request of "Clube de Produtores Continente" this course rolls out the horticulture and postharvest handling of stone fruit to improve consumer satisfation and economic results. Case studies of programs implemented by the Freshness Lab will be addressed.
